How Not to Schedule Teleconferences

E-mail 1:  I'd like to schedule a teleconference Monday at 2.  Please indicate your availability.

My response sent...

E-mail 2: Doesn't seem to work.  How about Tuesday at 3?

My response sent....

E-mail 3:  Still not good for everyone.  What about Thursday at 4?

My response sent...

E-mail 4:  Hmmmm, how about...

I've seen this go on for days.  Who has time for this?  I have just one word of advice:   www.meetingwizard.com.   Save yourself and your staff/volunteers time and frustration.

Mickie,

Check out too. It does not allow as many scheduling options (5 v/s 12), but it allows you to share your calendar (non-detailed) with people wanting to schedule calls with you.
